How do I know what tier I am in?
Log into your Account to see what tier you’re in. Your Cardon Insider tier is based on your lifetime spend with Cardon. The lifetime spend includes all subscription and one-time purchases and excludes orders that were refunded or returned. Your tier will be evaluated on a monthly basis and you'll receive an email notifying you when you've upgraded to the next tier.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you do not have any active subscriptions, you will lose access to the Cardon Insiders Program benefits. When you re-activate your subscription or sign up for a new subscription, you'll regain access to the Cardon Insiders Program.
What are Cardon's quality standards?
All our products are produced to the standards of Korea Cosmetic Regulation, which is higher than that of the United States. All Cardon products contain cactus extract to soothe skin irritation.
Cardon products are vegetarian friendly and made 100% cruelty free, meaning we don't test on animals (and never will). Our products are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, formaldehyde, siloxanes, SLES, SLS, ALS, PEGs, phenoxyethanol, petrolatum, silicone, or drying alcohols.
