What are Cardon's Quality Standards?
All our products are produced to the standards of Korea Cosmetic Regulation, which is higher than that of the United States. All Cardon products contain cactus extract to soothe skin irritation.
Cardon products are vegetarian friendly and made 100% cruelty free, meaning we don't test on animals (and never will). Our products are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, formaldehyde, siloxanes, SLES, SLS, ALS, PEGs, phenoxyethanol, petrolatum, silicone, or drying alcohols.
Are your skincare products clinically tested or proven to be effective?

What is Cardon's Return Policy?
We always stand behind the quality of our products. In fact, we put them on our own faces every day. But we know skincare is personal. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of your order's arrival. Refunds will be issued once we receive unopened products back minus a restock fee of $8.
To start the return process, simply email us at hello@cardonformen.com with your name and order number, and we’ll send you a return label. We always want you to feel comfortable and confident with your purchase.
Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Gift card refunds will be available right way on your original gift card.

Can I Get Free Shipping?
We offer free shipping on all subscriptions and one-time orders over $50 within the continental United States. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days You'll receive an email from us with tracking information once it does. Because we have a small team, we don’t ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
We offer international shipping to Canada and Europe through USPS and DHL at a subsidized rate for one-time orders (subscriptions excluded). There may be additional charges upon receipt based on the country's custom duties and carrier processing fees.
Does This Work for Oily Skin?
Our products are developed for oilier, more sensitive skin types. Our formulas are water-based to be non-comedogenic, and have a lightweight texture. All our products contain cactus extract to soothe skin irritation and redness.
Can Women Use Cardon?
Absolutely! Our founders are both women and they use Cardon everyday. Our formulas work especially well for those with sensitive skin since we use cactus extract to soothe.
How do I become a Cardon VIP?
